At Motive Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of reaching our warehouse.
